Terms and conditions
Documents can be submitted in electronic format or by regular mail to
any of our branch offices and will be resent to the client electronically
or, by special request, in paper format by Canada Post mail.
Projects are completed based on the following timelines:
- Regular - translation up to 7 standard pages* in 24 hours
- Express - translation up to 11 standard pages in 24 hours (price
100 % higher)
Timelines do not take into consideration statutory holidays and weekends.
Fees are charged per word and dependent on the type of translated documents.
Exact pricing is provided upon submission of the document. We offer a
free cost estimate for all projects.
We offer rebates for our regular clients and discounts when translating
larger texts.
Payment can be realized by cheque, credit card (with PayPal), and/or
money transfer.
